UK Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. We offer complimentary returns from the UK.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@emilyrusjewellery.com. Please provide a proof of purchase and the reason for the return.

As soon as we accept your return, we will e-mail you instructions on how to send your package. Once the return is accepted, a full refund will be issued.

How to return faulty or damaged items

If you receive a faulty piece or the item is damaged, please e-mail us at info@emilyrusjewellery.com as soon as possible with your order confirmation number and the name of the item.

Please include a short description and a photo of the fault so that we can assess this situation further. We will keep you informed regarding the next steps.

Exchanges 

We are unable to accept any exchanges. 

Refunds

We aim to process your return within 14 working days of receipt of the return. We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
