General terms regarding shipping:

Please note that at the moment we only ship to the United Kingdom. Nonetheless, we are looking into options to expand our shipping capabilities and deliver to more countries in the future.

We cannot deliver to PO Box and British Forces Post Office addresses in the UK. Our shipping service does not support shipment to the Channel Islands.

When choosing a delivery address, make sure there is someone at the location to accept the order. It is important to provide a correct address as we do not take any responsibilities for orders delivered to incorrect address details.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

We are not able to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Please note that we are unable to delivery on Bank Holidays and weekends.

All orders using the express shipping option that are placed before 11 at noon GMT on a business day will be shipped that day. If these orders are placed after 11 at noon they will be sent out the following business day.
